Liked: Friendly, the staff were all there despite the snow storm. Wait staff in restaurant were really helpful.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: On-site parking, location next to major mall, polite staff, comfortable beds, swimming pool and sauna, clean
Disliked: Non-residents could use the lift and go upstairs without using an access card. Could be a security loophole.

Beautiful hotel but ....

Liked: Although the facilities are exceptionally clean and staff fantastic .. the service was 5 star. We had some issues both with the amenities we were promised in our room and from a large group of children and teenagers that were staying at the hotel
Disliked: 1) - Prior to making an online reservation, i received a verbal confirmation when calling the hotel that indicated our room contained a two-person jacuzzi tub, which was not provided, and it's niw my understanding that no rooms or suites offer this amenity. The suites with jacuzzi tubs only feature single-person tubs with jets. The two-person jacuzzi tub was a critical factor in our booking decision, outweighing room size considerations. A less expensive room would have sufficed had the jacuzzi tub specifications been accurate.2) - The hotel had a large group of individuals staying that were from about 7 years old to teen age years, who we believe was there for a sporting event/tournament. The children were constantly running up and down our floor, laughing and yelling at each other loudly. We had 3 incidents of the children knocking on our door and running away afterward so that no one was at our door when we got up to answer it. This is unacceptable. In the past when I worked at a hotel and we allowed teams that included many children to stay, the teams were required to either hire a security guard who would sit in the hallways on each floor they occupied or post a parent to sit in the hallway on each floor they occupied.
