Liked: The bed is really comfy and I appreciated the use of the hospitality room before our late flight.
Disliked: the food was not great. we got served frozen lasagne for e.g. so just not acceptable. We were in a suite and the room was really crampt, and at no point did we feel like this was a special place to be. just that we had spent too much money on something really average. even at check in, we arrived 2hrs after check in and the room wasn't ready, we got told to come back in 15 mins and when we did the check in staff didn't even have the cards ready for us... the concierge was also very rude about what their responsibility was Vs check in.

Liked: hotel was close to the beach and we had use of the pool at the resort and the villas.
Disliked: Exceedingly disappointed by the vacation club. I will never book a stay in Marriott Vacation Club property again. The room I booked was a king with a pullout "vila". This was in no way a room that could be considered a villa. It was smaller than nearly every room I've ever stayed in at Marriott (or Starwood) properties, and I've had over 400 nights. My plans changed and traveled with my mom instead of my wife at the last minute and asked for a switch to two doubles/queens. They said that was simply NOT possible due to restrictions from Marriott (the front desk were very nice by the way) with the vacation club. My platinum status meant nothing as well. Check out was 10 am and no late checkout was even considered because of the same rules. The room itself, besides being tiny, had what is best described as a pullout chair. It was a twin bed that was too short for me (6'0") and uncomfortable as heck. The pool area itself was nice but again had zero service and only a vending machine for probably the same vacation club rules. This was a very expensive mistake. The property itself looked nice enough, the room was clean etc but I will never, ever book through a vacation club again. Be warnedps. while checking in there was a woman next to me checking in who had been blindsided by daily charges that was gong to add up to $700+ over 2 weeks.

Liked: The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable.We had a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, which was amazing. Detergent was provided.There was a small kitchen with a stove, with silverware. A coffee pot.A few cool activities were available at the resort.The staff was very helpful and nice.Free parking was great.
Disliked: All the equipment costs money to rent.The foodd was extremely expensive at the restaurant. The storage in the room was limited.
