The stay overall was amazing...
Liked: I liked the options for rentals such as bikes and beach chairs, the location was great, staff was so friendly and incredibly helpful. Kyle gave us great recommendations for places to see!
Disliked: The air conditioner was extremely loud making it difficult to sleep at times. The bathroom floor was peeling and parts of the bathroom appeared dirty.

Liked: The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. The room was nice. The fish tacos were amazing at the beach bar restaurant. The room was nice and was cleaned daily.
Disliked: As a guy sitting on the toilet was undesirable as my "stuff" touched the water. The beach view was at an angle and barely enough room for 2 people on the deck. I wouldn't waste the extra money. I felt like the cocktail drinks were made weak. The beach is not what I was expecting for a Beach hotel. Not really setup for beach swimming.

Bed bugs and cockroaches in...
Liked: guy behind the bar was the only highlight
Disliked: Bed bugs in room - which we caught and took to reception. Whilst they were inspecting room a cockroach made a run for it and manager had to stamp on to kill!No apologies and we had to ask to change room.Also mattress was like a rut in road where old and needs replacing.To summarise tired and poorly maintained - definitely not worth the money

Overall it was a nice...
Liked: The pool, hot tub and amenities, as well as the food ordered by the pool. Loved the view from the room and the cornhole. The hot tub was a nice size and very enjoyable.
Disliked: The fact that we arrived at 4pm and our room was still not ready. We waited an additional 45 minutes before the room was ready. We were also supposed to have a King bed but were assigned to a room with 2 queen beds instead. Also, the fact that we requested an upper level room months in advance and again 2 weeks prior only to be assigned a ground level room, and was told no rooms were available on an upper floor. The shower stall didn't look very clean and there was a brown mark on the front of the toilet seat (poop maybe?). I cleaned it off with rubbing alcohol.

Not happy with the the...
Liked: The location was great, but everything else was not, we spent $ 1500. For 3 days not worth it at all
Disliked: I found a big bug crawling on my arm when we were sleeping, told the front desk & sent someone with a can of raid, I asked him not to spray it, wait till we checked out that day. And I spoke with your concierge and was looking into a couple of things. I never told her to charge anything, but she did for a luau that we didn’t even know about. They finally refunded that , and it would be appreciative if you’d refund my room due to the problem, I wished I would have taken pictures, but we got woke up to a big bug or beetle & wasn’t thinking clearly. Spoke with management and he gave me a $100 off our stay at your facility, which was almost an insult, you need to take better care of your guest.

Great vacation spot with everything...
Liked: Friendly staff, clean, good location
Disliked: Dining was reservation only so no unplanned dinners. Power outage which is no big deal but the previous time also had an alarm issue. This seems to be common here. We missed our first night and were charged full price for it. That’s fine, this is a business but as this was a honeymoon and the delay was unavoidable and communicated in advance it would have been nice to have a little leeway for compassionate charging but ultimately not in their best interest as a business so we understand. This means profits come before customer care so deal with them accordingly is all
