Disliked: Check in/out workers are not very nice....other guests agree too......I feel that check out girl Monday morning 1/20/2025 was very difficult towards me, getting a room and shouldn't be..you don't know what people going through. But i wasn't in the mood ..I was tired from my job..and wanted a room .just to get a away..but she was very difficult and check in took 20 mins..when it should only take 10 mins

Very nice hotel.

Liked: Exceptional value for the amenities. Nice bar lounge area. Front desk staff very personable and helpful to try to get adjoining rooms.
Disliked: A little bit better signage to drop off your party then park.

Liked: Fantastic stay, fantastic location (hello right to the mall), clean, friendliest staff ever, so much thought went into the design of this hotel as we could see. No detail unnoticed. Pool and hot tub were incredible.
