I would stay again but...

Liked: We liked that it was connected to the mall.
Disliked: Some splatters of who knows what on bathroom walls and bottom of door. Nothing major but I noticed them.

Great pool and hot tub,...

Liked: Breakfast was unfortunately not included. There was one complimentary coffee with the in room coffee maker. The coffee in lobby was for purchase.
Disliked: Corner room at the end of a very long hall was likely assigned because of third party booking service.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff
Disliked: The room was ok. Not all that clean. There was scotch tape on the windows and on a wall. Bathroom needed to be swept better.

There to visit family and...

Liked: Location plus a gentleman was there providing shoe shine services. That’s a small thing considering all factors. However with the weather conditions we’ve had, my shoes needed “help”.
Disliked: Parking fee

I had better stays elsewhere

Liked: That there was a hot tub/ and room was up high!
Disliked: Didn’t know I had to pay for parking and or breakfast 25$ per person was overrated normally breakfast other places are free with room purchase ! And that kids were in the hot tub after 10 pm ! Didn’t care for that it was barely enough room for me and my guess

Felt misled with what was...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Executive room without executive lounge that was advertised.Bar and lounge was advertised open til 12am but closed before 9.Fire alarm went off at 6:45- false alarm due to apartment connected next door.

Over charged me and refused...

Liked: The room itself was beautiful. Very comfortable bed, loved the shower size, and we got a corner unit so it felt more intimate.
Disliked: They charged my card an extra $346 on top of the $361 they had already taken for the cost of the room and deposit. When I complained to the staff, I got very nonchalant responses and only was given my parking free. I let them know how much of an inconvenience it has been taking almost $400 extra dollars out of my account and no one seemed to care. The sad thing is, my fiancé proposed in our hotel room this past weekend as well and what should've been an amazing memorable experience turned into a nightmare!! DO BETTER SHERATON!
