Really nice looking hotel. Outdated, scary elevators that must be used to get to the parking area. Terribly annoying construction outside started early and didn't stop. Awesome pool top area with great views of downtown. Update the garage elevators and nix the construction and all is peachy.

Liked: Very nice rooftop lounge/pool setup on 9th floor!
Disliked: Loud construction noise started at 8am! Right outside room. Pretty annoying.

Great location; friendliness; handicapped showers were terrible - floors would get very slippery; more comfortable beds; need benches outside for people to sit. But the staff was the best - fun and very welcoming. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Fix Your A/C Units

Disliked: The A/C unit I'm room 1901 sounds like a garbage truck. Mentioned multiple times and they never sent anyone to fix it. The A/C worked but you can tell the sound wasn't normal it was very loud, like something internal was going on, hard to sleep.
