The staff was very attentive and professional. Our room was on the Club Level which included complimentary cocktail hour and breakfast. The room was much larger than expected with a sitting area and huge bathroom. We were very pleased with our stay.

Liked: Very large room.

Liked: Over charged. Paid full price prior to arrival. Then charged twice by the hotel now $800 is being withheld

Besides the temperature differential, it...

Liked: Everything was super clean and put together.
Disliked: The thermostat in my room did not work, I was freezing until I cut it off completely and that's when the room started warming up. It didn't matter how many times we cut it off and turned on and tried to put the heat on, the heat would still decrease the heat in the room by just blowing out cold air. So we cut it off entirely to be comfortable for the rest of the night

Easy in and out, free...

Liked: Great location. Easy parking AND, no charge!
Disliked: Seems they are always under construction on something. Feels “old”.

Expensive for the quality.

Liked: Parking was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Light in the room. Only 2 lamps. A light fixture on wall was broken. Had to ask for an ice bucket. The breakfast the first day was very late and very sparse. Much better the second day. No decaf coffee at breakfast. Had to ask for a toilet paper refill.
