The staff was very attentive and professional. Our room was on the Club Level which included complimentary cocktail hour and breakfast. The room was much larger than expected with a sitting area and huge bathroom. We were very pleased with our stay.

Liked: Parking was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Light in the room. Only 2 lamps. A light fixture on wall was broken. Had to ask for an ice bucket. The breakfast the first day was very late and very sparse. Much better the second day. No decaf coffee at breakfast. Had to ask for a toilet paper refill.

Liked: I love the rooms were a very comfortable size and our graduation group of 20 people was able to be on the same floor together. Also this hotel is 14 mins away from Xavier College and 10 mins away from the airport.
Disliked: Hi my stay was complicated my bed was made up dirty, Ice machine broke on all floors 4,6,and 7th door. The cook is rude and was cooking with a hoodie on. Pissed off the held $624 on my card and now I have to wait 7 days to get my funds back THE HOLD IS BASED ON YOUR STAY THEY HELD A PERCENTAGE AND THE AMOUNT OF STAY.

Liked: Receptionist was nice and helped me in getting silent room.
Disliked: Though the room overall clean I found a dirty sock underneath the bed which is a sign on how the clean rooms. Bathroom was very simple and old style.
