Liked: Bedding and bed; bar staff was very good too.

Disliked: Shuttle service and breakfast would have been nice.

Our stay was amazing! The room was spotless and quiet. We really appreciated the wonderful shuttle service available. We went to a concert downtown and didn't have to worry about driving and parking or getting a cab. Highly suggested for the convenience and fantastic service from all the employees that we talked with!

Liked: the large tv and cleanliness of the rooms and beddings
Disliked: The lobby and hallways smelled musty which made it stuffy. Each time that I was walking in from outside or coming out of my room, I had to prepare my nose. For the price, breakfast could've been included. There were no bathrobes available. There should be enough for the entire building based on how many adults each room can accommodate.

Sheraton Madison - room was...

Liked: We went to our room and discovered the heater made a loud noise while running. I recorded the sound and went back down to the concierge desk. She listened to the recording, apologized and proceeded to give us a new room that was quiet and very comfortable!
