Superb

Liked: Everything was excellent, I probably won't ever stay anywhere else but a Sheraton from now on. The staff was so nice from check-in, room service, doormen, etc.The only reason I gave it a 9 is because it looked like part of the ceiling in the hallway had a hole in it and there were fans trying to dry water on the carpet. Other than that I enjoyed my time.

Great staff but dirty rooms

Liked: The staff was pretty nice. However the room was nasty! Toothpaste all on the sink, dirty tables, sticky walls, dirty shower. If my room was nicer I would have enjoyed my stay but since the room was nasty I have to rate the experience as decent.
