Liked: Our room was comfortable. It was close to our venue.
Disliked: The toilet made a really loud clank when you flushed, scaring me every time. I wish there was a small microwave in the room. The bar where we met for cocktails was extremely loud and we could not hear each other talk. We left early because of that.

Liked: Dated rooms with basic decor but plenty of space and convenient location. The bar was ok but would have been better if they fixed the fireplace and turned down the cafeteria lights.

Disliked: Everything was cold! The room, the bath/ shower water, the hot tub. That’s literally all I came for and to relax. It was the opposite. At least the bed was comfortable

Liked: Bed was comfy and the location for what we needed was good.
Disliked: It was old and in desperate need of updating. The restaurant for breakfast was not great. The room had many stains and the bathroom had many cracks. The shower was barely warm with no pressure.

Disappointed In Poor Coindition Of...

Liked: Location and private event that we attended there.
Disliked: 1. Our room was in very poor condition...furniture very worn, towel rack fell off wall as was poorly attached, could not get shower to function, impossible to see out of the window as moisture accumulated between the window panes and froze/obscured the glass window view. Shower head pipe into wall appeared to be caulked by a child, very sloppy and unprofessional looking.2. Breakfast had very poor choices and what minimal was provided was not tasty, or was entirely depleted even though 45 minutes until the end of the breakfast availability time. Oatmeal was uncovered, very dried out, containers for brown sugar and raisins were empty, and the employee indicated no more of these were available.3 I could write my name in the accumulation ofdust on the top of the mini-fridge in the breakfast area, no sense of urgency in customer care in this area (but they had plenty of time to chat with each other and eat candy at the breakfast reception "desk").
