This hotel is unorganized.

Liked: From the 2 minutes I was there, the lobby looked clean and it’s probably a nice enough place.
Disliked: I showed up late at night with a reservation. Their computer system happened to be down and they were unable to check me in, they said I had to wait an unknown amount of time or go someplace else. I went someplace else, but Sheraton said I would get my money back but I didn’t get it because they said that I had checked in. This is probably an okay place to stay for most people most of the time, but based on my experience I do not recommend them and I would go with another nearby hotel which is more reliable and trustworthy.

Our stay was just ok.

Liked: The restaurant was the best. Barbara was our server and she made sure we enjoyed ourselves.
Disliked: The room we were assigned was next to the highway and you could hear every car. There was a lacrosse tournament so the hotel had a lot of kids taking over the pool area.
