Very comfortable and well located...
Liked: Spacious and very comfortable room. Good location, helpful staff.
Disliked: Front desk was under-staffed - long time waiting to check in. Common areas need a bit of an upgrade.

Liked: Beautiful property. Beds were amazing. Best sleep. Room lay out was well set up and very clean. Cleaning staff greeted us always. Bar staff attentive and friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was confusing and hard to find someone to help as staff didn’t seem to look up and scan the room to assist customers as they should. I stood waiting a number of times to get someone’s attention. The food layout was all over the place and could be better planned and staff generally need more training. The barista staff were very good. On arrival I was very clear on the booking name however there was still confusion resulting in a three hour delay to have our bags delivered up to our room which led to us running late for a musical. We received no apology. Management need to oversee the running of the hotel more with improved training and an emphasis on listening to customer, improving communication to ensure a smooth operation leaving guest feeling cared for. The galley closes at 4pm and the dining room opens at 6pm. While the bar serves a small selection of food there is a definite gap. Also the food selection and quality generally could be greatly improved as it wasn’t up to standard and didn’t reflect the beautiful property.

Enjoyable, affordable-luxury in the heart...
Liked: Very well presented. Clean and tidy. Guest Services team were highly responsive and helpful. Delish food at the restaurant onsite for dinner and breakfast. Nice amenities.
Disliked: It felt slightly over priced - we paid just under $500 for one night. Parking cost should have been included in the fare not an additional $60 self park or $85 vallet park.
