False and sneaky tactics used...

Disliked: *The fact I have to wait 7 business days for my deposit to be returned, we live in a world of digital technology and to have to wait 7days is outdated.*Being charged for Vallet parking and then when I requested for my vehicle to be brought up to the front there was a big hesitation from the vallet parking attendant and argued that I didn't pay for Vallet when I was charged $85 for it, where it's $60 with out vallet parking all because they held my key I was charged the $85.*Hired 2 rooms for 4 adults and a 9yr old who was not supposed to be charged under their policy under 13 stay free how ever there was no bed for my child to sleep on so I requested a bed and was charged a further $110 very unhappy with their false advertising, where did they expect my son to sleep on the carpet. *I feel that I have been taken for a ride with my stay and the experience was over rated and disappointed. *I made a complaint and they where suppose to call me back but as usual big ferns just pass the buck and your just $ sign to them not a human. *Bottom line is they charge you for a extra bed for children under the age of 13. That is false advertising as far as I'm concerned as there is no extra bed for 3 humans. There is 1 bed and you are expected to share that bed with your child. You are still been charged for your child.*Don't allow them to take your key this is a tactic they use to charge you extra for parking on check out. Which they fail to tell you in advance instead they just take the key and act as if it's normal..
