Liked: Rooms and facilities were lovely
Disliked: Staff tend to walk into the room rather than wait at the door.

Average, there are nicer hotels...

Liked: Everything was very good, Staff were very well trained and polite - facilities starting to age
Disliked: If I had three things that were not wonderful, 1- the pillows were way too high, 2- the views from the room were rubbish (asked to be moved) 3, the pool was out of order. Otherwise the staff and facilities were good.

Disliked: 3 in a room meant the layout was all beds pushed together. Poor middle person between 2 snorers! Wished space allowed foldaway along another wall.

Whilst the ambience and location...

Liked: Location and staff were lovely. Room was a good size and clean.
Disliked: Pool and spa are very old and do not align to 5 star. Additionally we were only made aware of the pool being out of order for maintenance when we arrived. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because our daughter wanted a swim, this should have been communicated. Also walls/doors are thin and woke up several times.
