Rooms should be checked completely by staff or supervisors to ensure adequate supplies are in order and equipment is operational.

Liked: Comfortable beds; clean rooms.
Disliked: Telephone in room wasn't working. No soap or body wash in the room. Took over 2 hours to get an extra towel, this included 2 trips to the Front Desk, 23 floors down.

We only spent the night but it was very expensive and no amenities because we did not reserve directly through them. Quite a punishment.

Liked: Clean sheets.
Disliked: Hotel nickled and pennied us. No access to WiFi because we did not reserve directly so we had to pay $15.00 for the access of one night. They also charged for parking which was not on the premises but around the corner.

Disliked: The outside environment around it could have been better for it to be considered a romantic hotel. It was many homeless around. I felt so sorry for them. Also, the carpet in the eating area need to be replaced.

Beautiful location I’ve been here...

Liked: Centrally located. Valet parking.Accommodations within the hotel are great . Service in the restaurant was excellent always is.
Disliked: I was placed in a different room than I reserved telling me that it was nicer because it was newer, but there was construction until 5 o’clock and then started at 7:30 AM:/ also, I left my bags there, which is a great courtesy. I could’ve put them in valet, which would’ve had them take them to my car. But they offered to leave them basically around the corner when I went to retrieve my bags the gentleman sat there and kept asking me if I needed anything more than I realize he was looking for a tip, which I would see if he unloaded my bags, took them to my room and so on, but that was not the case very tacky. I’m sure at that level of hotels status they should be compensated correctly.

Disliked: Wished there was a little kiosk for sundries (like toothpaste). Neighborhood not safe enough to go out at night to look for such things.
