Disliked: Yes the room smelled. My husband thought it might have been mold from the bathroom. We noticed it didn't have a fan in bathroom. Also noticed that there was mold in the shower grout. I actually thought the smell was the left over smell from diapers. The bed was awesome.

Liked: Quiet; clean; friendly staff; Starbucks Coffee in room.

Liked: Clean; front desk very personable upon arrival; nice being close to downtown.
Disliked: Parking on late check in.

Ridiculous amount of hidden charges. Called the front desk for over an hour and no one would ever answer. The room itself was what I would expect to pay about a quarter of the actual cost for. Fairly clean but way outdated cosmetic features. I will never stay here again. First hotel I have ever stayed in where there was not any kind of free breakfast offered. The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location to downtown.

Liked: Close to TPAC.
Disliked: No microwave in any rooms or even on the same floor. No fridge in room. Was told they could bring one uo, but only suite rooms has fridge. Flat pillows

Disliked: Expense ridiculously expensive to have anything. Plus hiccup with booking through booking.com Should have been bed and bfast for all 3 of us but only 1 bfast was included!
