Disliked: Yes the room smelled. My husband thought it might have been mold from the bathroom. We noticed it didn't have a fan in bathroom. Also noticed that there was mold in the shower grout. I actually thought the smell was the left over smell from diapers. The bed was awesome.

Liked: Quiet; clean; friendly staff; Starbucks Coffee in room.

Liked: Clean; front desk very personable upon arrival; nice being close to downtown.
Disliked: Parking on late check in.

Ridiculous amount of hidden charges. Called the front desk for over an hour and no one would ever answer. The room itself was what I would expect to pay about a quarter of the actual cost for. Fairly clean but way outdated cosmetic features. I will never stay here again. First hotel I have ever stayed in where there was not any kind of free breakfast offered. The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location to downtown.

Great location and extremely comfortable...

Liked: Our first night was spent in room 625 - a windowless room! It was very disorienting...we checked in late due to a delayed flight, and although the room was very nice, we could live without a window! Detached from the outside world! The great thing is that the very next morning they moved us to a window room across the hall. We were very pleased.
Disliked: Windows! in every room!

Liked: The staff were very nice, helpful, friendly. The bartender on main floor made some amazing cocktails.
Disliked: Soap/conditioner /hand soap/lotion in bathrooms- ugh, scent is very masculine. Luke has he citrus scents had in past. Not masculine or feminine. Just clean. Towels in room were a bit rough, could have used more- had to request. Used too 2 queens and room was two doubles. Bit snug for 3 or 4.
