Loved the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet costs are steep, but you are downtown Los Angeles.

Liked: The staff, the room and the restaurant.
Disliked: The faucet in the bathroom. It is too short and water goes all over the counter.

Close to concert venue (Club Nokia). Clean and comfortable. Courteous and helpful staff. Parking is a bit weird, but i guess that's normal for LA.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Being a StarWood Preferred Member also got us on the top 3 floors and 4 pillows on each bed! The TV screen did not work but the maintenance crew was there in 10 minutes to check it and when we told him we didn't really care and were there for a concert, he said they would replace it when we left. Also was given free parking by the desk and that was worth $28. All in all a great deal for the price - would stay here again.

Liked: Very attentive staff at desk/maintenance/lobby.
Disliked: None.

Overpriced and in a very...

Liked: Very little..although the restaurant was quite good for dinner.
Disliked: It seemed everything was done on the cheap…from the 2 ply toilet paper to the plastic clear cups in the bathroom.We purchased breakfasts to be included but in was not a buffet as so choice was severely limited.The area was very ordinary.

Wonderful place to stay!

Liked: Staff was extremely nice, rooms were clean, comfortable and large. Beds were especially comfortable, which is a must. Location to BMO stadium was perfect for our concert. We had breakfast vouchers and really enjoyed that it was not a buffet but a menu selection. Great location, great staff, wonderful accommodations. I never write reviews so this says a lot.
