Loved the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet costs are steep, but you are downtown Los Angeles.

Disliked: The faucet in the bathroom. It is too short and water goes all over the counter.

Close to concert venue (Club Nokia). Clean and comfortable. Courteous and helpful staff. Parking is a bit weird, but i guess that's normal for LA.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Being a StarWood Preferred Member also got us on the top 3 floors and 4 pillows on each bed! The TV screen did not work but the maintenance crew was there in 10 minutes to check it and when we told him we didn't really care and were there for a concert, he said they would replace it when we left. Also was given free parking by the desk and that was worth $28. All in all a great deal for the price - would stay here again.

Liked: Everything about our stay was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our bedroom was exceptionally cozy—so much so that we felt like we were in a luxurious retreat. The shower was a real treat, providing a relaxing experience with great water pressure and temperature control. We truly appreciated the comfort of the beds; they were like sleeping on clouds. The TV in the room was high quality, offering a great selection of channels for entertainment during our downtime. The gym was another highlight of our visit; it was spacious and well-equipped, featuring everything from cardio machines to weights, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our workouts there. What really set this place apart was the extraordinary service. The staff went above and beyond our expectations, assisting us not just with our luggage but also with any requests we had throughout our stay. Their genuine kindness and readiness to help significantly enhanced our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!
Disliked: I would love to enjoy a buffet breakfast similar to what we usually have at Sheraton in Guangzhou, China. The offerings there were always impressive and well-presented, making for a delightful experience.

Had to ask reception while waiting in lobby for four hours, completely jet lagged and exhausted. Would like to have been notified before arrival that early check in wasn’t available. I would have booked somewhere else that could accommodate with this request

In bar downstairs thay have only few spprts program (for example we could not watch game od LA Clipers). On flor minus 1 dors for terace and dors od toilet are broken (cpuld not close)
