Loved the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet costs are steep, but you are downtown Los Angeles.

Liked: The staff, the room and the restaurant.
Disliked: The faucet in the bathroom. It is too short and water goes all over the counter.

Close to concert venue (Club Nokia). Clean and comfortable. Courteous and helpful staff. Parking is a bit weird, but i guess that's normal for LA.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Being a StarWood Preferred Member also got us on the top 3 floors and 4 pillows on each bed! The TV screen did not work but the maintenance crew was there in 10 minutes to check it and when we told him we didn't really care and were there for a concert, he said they would replace it when we left. Also was given free parking by the desk and that was worth $28. All in all a great deal for the price - would stay here again.

Liked: Loved that breakfast was included at the restaurant. Loved the neutral natural toiletries scents, clean bedroom and bathroom.

Decent stay but steep prices...

Liked: Location just off the exit of the freeway is convenient if you are driving. Breakfast a-la-carte but much better than some other hotels in the USA. Parking interconnected with hotel.
Disliked: I didn’t enjoy the soft mattresses which are too soft for my liking. That is however a subjective opinion.
