Disliked: The view from our room was the worst ive had anywhere in the world! Just air conditioning units a metre away from the glass.

Disliked: We dropped our case while the room was being prepared. We then got a phone call to say we they didn’t have any room for us even though we paid in full on 8th January. We were then sent to another hotel.

Disliked: Smallish room, confusing hallways and different places and rooms. Not a very spacious place overall.
