Conveniently located with excellent staff...

Liked: Check in was short and efficient. The morning breakfast buffet was very nice with lots of selection and very tasty. The hotel staff (servers, housekeeping and front desk and concierge staff) were attentive, helpful, friendly. Our room was very nice, clean and made up every day. Very nice overall.

Amazing, first class, I will...

Liked: I would strongly recommend staying at the Sheraton Grand Hotel. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Sometime you see pictures online that don’t resemble where you are staying but I can confirm that what you see in the pictures is what you get. Their staff were fantastic, nothing was a problem. There is one small thing that I would suggest to the hotel to do, is to have a plate warmer. Especially for breakfast time but other than that first class. Breakfast was outstanding, everything that you could think of was there. Root top bar with sunsets in the evenings and over looking the river, stunning. We ordered a breakfast box because we were going on tour the next morning and the spread of stuff that they gave us, unbelievable, I have put a picture of it in with the photos.Thank you again and I will be back.
