Really enjoyable luxury experience.

Liked: Service was really good. The room was amazing and had a slight view of the castle. Used the Spa which was good value for money and a really enjoyable experience.
Disliked: Water pressure wasn't the best. Was almost charged a additional fee for use of the club lounge? However didn't actually agree to this. The offer was given but we said we would think about it and come back if we decided to go ahead, but didn't and found this was added to the bill and had to challenge this - it was sorted though and staff were good about it.

Exceptional

Liked: My friend and I had an overnight stay as a treat with a massage treatment and use of the spa facilities, absolutely amazing, we were also given access to the club lounge which we used for breakfast, beautiful hotel and top quality standards throughout, we will be back

Wonderful Experience, Everything Was Perfect

Liked: What I liked most about this hotel was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to lend a hand, whether it was with luggage or anything else I needed. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was also top-notch, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient, everything was just a short walk away. And there is a hair salon 3 min walk, I loved that.The room was phenomenal, spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. The bed was especially impressive: large, cozy, and perfect for a great night’s sleep. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay. Highly recommended

Liked: Absolutely fabulous hotel. Ideally situated, scrupulously clean, fabulous aesthetics. Staff first class, every member from check in to check out and all in between. Highly recommend.
