Disliked: Shower in rooms very poor. Bathroom layout - limited privacy Sauna - cold Room temp - unable to adjust so it was very warm and uncomfortable, we opened the window which resulted in it being very noisy so we didn’t sleep well.

Great hotel and location

Liked: Excellent location for hotel, the room was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Spa is lovely - great selection of saunas and steam in the thermal suite and the outdoor rooftop hydro pool was excellent!
Disliked: We only found out when checking into the hotel that unlike other hotels I've been to, we needed to have booked in for the spa. This was a shock as the use of the pool and spa was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. Luckily, we managed to get the very last booking spot for the next morning! Whilst Spa was lovely, some of the sauna and steam rooms were cold due to technical issues which was a bit disappointing.

Liked: Great location easy to find and the room size is great. Spa is one of the best
Disliked: We didn’t get a great view however staff did rectify this by giving us complimentary dessert and spa

Liked: Everything, it was immaculate, staff were extremely friendly and attentive, food we ate was delicious (breakfast and canapés) spa was amazing
Disliked: We found zero faults
