We came up for a family gathering. While we were the only ones at The Sheraton, we were very pleased with our accommodation and amenities.

Liked: Check in was quick, easy and very friendly staff. The room was very clean and nice. The hotel location was excellent for walking.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The location was what we needed for our trip; otherwise, I would not have chosen this hotel.
Disliked: Staff response to concerns. Cost of breakfast is ridiculous. Food options in hotel are very limited.

Liked: staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The location to some attractions was in walking distance.
Disliked: Some room had refrigerators and others did not. It would have been better to have a refrigerator. I had to waste food.Not everyone had to pay extra for one.

The location, atmosphere, and amazing...

Liked: I went for St. Patrick weekend and the view from the hotel was amazing. The location is perfect for a morning run by the river walk, and walk distance to bars, restaurants, the Navy piers, the famous Chicago Bean, and Chicago theater.
Disliked: The locations, the staff, and the rooms.

Just Ok

Liked: We booked the double family room as it was only room that would allow 5 people. Beds were small (doubles) additional couch was very small. Plenty of room for a roll away bed but was told that specific room couldn’t have due to fire hazard. Had I know another room would have allowed a roll away bed to accommodate 5, would have booked something else with queen beds.
