Excellent and highly recommend

Liked: A Lovely modern hotel. Loved the Club access area with great breakfast. The staff were amazing especially as we needed to extend our stay due to Flight cancellations. They couldn’t do enough for us.We had booked a tour to Niagra falls and it picked us up from the front door. Too easy x

Liked: Very welcoming. Wonderful staff. Extremely comfortable beds. Super convenient to terminal 3.
Disliked: We checked in Tuesday midday and later that day all flights were suspended for 24-48hrs. The room price jumped to over $525 the next night. It’s disappointing the hotel chose to take advantage of stranded travellers .

Liked: The hotel is very convenient to access from the airport, so good for layovers of 10-18 hours.Very clean and well maintained.
Disliked: I stayed there twice, one night each time. If you are on the side of the hotel facing the airport it is very noisy. You can hear the airport tram going by and there is constant honking all might long from the vehicles in the airport drop-off/pickup area. I couldn't sleep, even with earplugs in. A room on the other side of the building is quite quiet.The internet is a pain to connect to. Navigate through the personal information collection page and the "become a member" for a better internet and upgrade for a fee for a better connection. Didn't connect at all the first time, but it did the second time.It is very expensive, compared to the hotels that are a shuttle ride away and even the other onsite hotel. I see reviews of the other hotel say the rooms are very small, but I think you can book two of those for the price of one room here.
