Liked: everything is good. Room is clean. Parking is large.
Disliked: I am very satisfied with the service of Sheraton Hotel. When I had a problem with the cancellation request from Dec 7 to Dec 11 changed to Dec 8 to Dec 12. Cancellation request number: 4758249581. I was charged $631.80. I need the help of the hotel manager. I saw Mr. Steve Langevin, front office manager, he helped me get an immediate refund approval letter of $631.80 on Dec 9-2024. involve number 1000164054. But unfortunately, until today I still have not received the refund from Booking.com. By the way, I request Booking.com to please refund me the amount of $631.80. I would be grateful if Booking.com refunds me as soon as possible.Thank you Richard Dang

Two things made my stay...
Liked: The location. The hotel is close to attractions, major highways and John Wayne Airport.
Disliked: No USB ports in the room.

Good place to stay
Liked: The staff was very friendly, very helpful, the location is good, a reasonable distance from Disneyland by bus or Uber. The food is good. I suggest that they improve by installing scales to weigh suitcases, it would be an excellent service for travelers. It would also be good to have a larger gift shop.
