Worst Sheraton in the world

Liked: Proximity to the airport, porter was friendly, bed quality, and breakfast.
Disliked: Very crowded and long queues everywhere.Free infused water at reception had not been changed for few days. The corridors and room interior are very old.The telephones in the room did not work. Reception lady (gitania) was the rudest person we met. Another reception lady was so rude we decided we will never book Sheraton again. Very disappointing. Too many Asian staff interested to know your country of origin rather than do their job. There are absolutely no German staff at the hotel. You feel like you are in Central and south east Asia but without the service quality. The Marriott next door is the same hotel but with totally different quality of staff and service.
