Liked: The location, easy to get to from the Mass Pike. Ample parking. Very nice front desk staff, helpful.
Disliked: The 1st room I was given 618 smelled like a sewer, the front desk moved me to 604. This room also had an odor but nothing like 618. I don't know where to start, the carpet and bedskirt were stained and dirty, the mattress is cheap and horribly uncomfortable, the headboard circa 1980, cracked peeling faux leather. The shower had absolutely no water pressure and leaked, plumbers tape wrapped around it, the walls are thin enough to hear the people next to you sneeze! The space under the door is at least 2" light, noise, everything comes in. Bad experience, very disappointing. The price for the room is way out of line with the condition of the rooms. Old, dated, not up to the standards I expect from a brand name hotel.
