The hotel shuttled us out to the Fox Theater; the room service was amazing; very clean; staff was very friendly; I would stay again.

Gracious, welcoming, friendly staff, from the valet parking gentlemen all the way to housekeeping...we had just put down our suitcases when housekeeping was at the door asking if everything was alright with the room. Clean, quiet and comfortable, with all the amenities. The attention to detail was noticed and greatly appreciated. We have already booked another night there!

Nightmare on Elm Street

Liked: Horrible breakfast room smelt like a toilet bowl cockroach in the shower and bathroom area
Disliked: Front desk was extremely rude maids were smoking in a room they were cleaning lobby was a mess lobby toilet had puke all over the floor as you enter
