The hotel shuttled us out to the Fox Theater; the room service was amazing; very clean; staff was very friendly; I would stay again.

Gracious, welcoming, friendly staff, from the valet parking gentlemen all the way to housekeeping...we had just put down our suitcases when housekeeping was at the door asking if everything was alright with the room. Clean, quiet and comfortable, with all the amenities. The attention to detail was noticed and greatly appreciated. We have already booked another night there!

Disliked: The sofa bed wasn't that comfortable and the mattress should be upgraded. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

Disliked: I booked a room with King beds and I was told there weren’t any. Our room had to double beds.,

Disliked: The staff @ the grill and bar were less than desirable. Severely understaffed and employees actually there were not friendly and were in ZERO hurry to help customers/guests.
