Great stay overall

Liked: Loved the bay view king room on the 6th floor. Waking up to the bay right outside the window was awesome. Bed was comfortable and the pillows felt like a cloud. The soap and lotion in the bathroom smelled amazing. The restaurant on property had phenomenal food and beverage. I work at a luxury resort and that food was on par. Loved that the room was set up in a way where it was aesthetically pleasing and hid all the things like the refrigerator and safe in easy to reach places. There was a loud situation in the hall around 3 am that seemed to be handled promptly by what I think was the staff based on what I could hear. Everyone we encountered was friendly and always acknowledged you. The location is awesome and we easily accessed the convention center since it's connected.
Disliked: Microwave is in the room in the hall with the ice maker which is different than I'm used to. Not the most convenient. Shower soap holder had a broken wire. Bathroom could've been cleaner.
