Liked: The hotel staff were very helpful, caring and pleasant. Room was clean and perfect.
Disliked: Had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel and service was extremely slow. Waited over 15 minutes to have someone greet me and take my order of a simple salmon salad and waited 45+ minutes for it to be delivered to my table. I recvd no notice of delays and the only contact with wait staff was to bring me a large bottle of water 30 minutes into my wait. Restaurant was not even half full. I nearly cancelled the order, but had a 3 am wake up call, so this was my only option other than walking across a very busy road to a fast food restaurant.

Liked: Nice building, room was comfortable
Disliked: Pool and hot tub were overrun with children without supervision, there was trash in the hot tub and around the pool. There was also trash in the hallway

Liked: Easy to find and close to the airport. The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Had to walk through an event to get to our rooms and can be loud with the kids in the pool but they have quiet time which was awesome.

Liked: Good room and comfortable stay, liked the swimming pool and fitness center. I went there for 2 day conference, good food as well
Disliked: No buffet breakfast
