Liked: Second time staying here and love this place. Staff is super friendly and easy access to a lot of stuff. Close to Red Rocks as well!

Would only come back if...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the view was pretty.
Disliked: The building is really old and it’s dirty around the windows. The pool is closed, something I think it should be mentioned. The staff could be a little nicer: two separate times I asked one simple question and got condescending answers. The bathroom was not very comfortable and shower was clogged. Overall, it was a very overpriced stay.

Liked: Very accessible to many restaurants and shops. Like the electric car charging our rental was electric. Staff was very friendly, and the housekeeping team was super quick.

Not worth the money, staff...

Liked: The luggage cart and the quietness (no other rooms on floor 7 were rented, so I was the only one there).
Disliked: Room was an adjoining room, so that was offputting as there was no deadbolt, no lock, just a twist lock and a slider lock (like on a hotel door, to prevent the door from being opened all the way). Room had a thick layer of dust, lamp shade was broken and hanging off. The down comforter was dirty with stains and bed was made with a sheet on top, the comforter and a sheet underneath. It was gross to have to sleep in as it appeared the conforter was dirty
