Superb

Liked: Great for staying with kids. Walked to Legoland as hotel has a separate entrance to avoid crowds. Nice breakfast.

Good location. Poor facility maintenance

Liked: The location
Disliked: Our toilet was broken for a whole morning and we had to call The front desk 4 seperate times to finally have someone come up. The elevator was also broken half of our stay.

Overall the experience was good,...

Liked: The property was clean and the staff was super helpful.
Disliked: The main downside is there was a disconnect between the booking and what was shown in their system. For example, I had booked breakfast included and had to request that the staff didn’t charge us all 2 days. It would have been nice not to have to keep asking for our breakfast to be comped.
