Liked: The restaurant and bar were fabulous, as were the staff (that's you Marie).
Disliked: The location of the hotel. Nothing interesting nearby.

There was a lot of confusion around the check-in desk. Besides that, the rest of the stay was enjoyable.

Liked: Room was clean and up-to-date.
Disliked: Very disorganized at check in.

We booked the Sheraton because we had tickets to a concert at the Barclays Center. Wish the hotel was closer - says within walking distance, however since we were unfamiliar with the neighborhood had to use car service. Car service was convenient when leaving the hotel but a little pricey for such a short drive. Overall, a great hotel - very clean and staff was friendly. Highly recommend, just be prepared to pay for car service if you are looking to venture away from hotel.

Disliked: Too far from Barclay Center.

We stayed on 12/8/12 for The Rolling Stones concert. Hotel was neat and clean and the staff was very freindly. From Johan (out front), Christian (front desk), Ely (bar), Armando (restaurant manager) and others, everyone made us feel welcome. Good food too. I would definitely go back!

Disliked: The staff was rude and unpolite. First they dont want to accept apple pay as payment after made the reservarion on the booking.com site.The staff offered me to rebook the date on the site by charging me one night extra fee as a penalty!!!! Crazy. I called the manager, so they solved it.After our check out same days later they chaged us 18 usd as a tax, but the price we paid earlier was all included.....WILL NEVER GO AGAIN HERE! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Liked: Nothing, no breakfast included, no internet, WiFi was not working, they used my card to debit 250 dollars after paying for the hotel, telling me it will be refunded immediately but they are yet to refund despite my calls.

Brooklyn hotel with good subway...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to subway stations for travel around the greater NYC area. Significantly cheaper than staying in Manhattan. On a nice day you can walk from there to South Manhattan over the Brooklyn Bridge in about an hour.
Disliked: Room was a little small, but I guess NYC is more expensive than most other cities.
