Liked: The restaurant and bar were fabulous, as were the staff (that's you Marie).
Disliked: The location of the hotel. Nothing interesting nearby.

There was a lot of confusion around the check-in desk. Besides that, the rest of the stay was enjoyable.

Liked: Room was clean and up-to-date.
Disliked: Very disorganized at check in.

We booked the Sheraton because we had tickets to a concert at the Barclays Center. Wish the hotel was closer - says within walking distance, however since we were unfamiliar with the neighborhood had to use car service. Car service was convenient when leaving the hotel but a little pricey for such a short drive. Overall, a great hotel - very clean and staff was friendly. Highly recommend, just be prepared to pay for car service if you are looking to venture away from hotel.

Disliked: Too far from Barclay Center.

We stayed on 12/8/12 for The Rolling Stones concert. Hotel was neat and clean and the staff was very freindly. From Johan (out front), Christian (front desk), Ely (bar), Armando (restaurant manager) and others, everyone made us feel welcome. Good food too. I would definitely go back!

Disliked: I would have appreciated if the lotions, shampoo, and conditioners were unused upon arrival. Receiving half-filled bottles didn’t feel sanitary. Additionally, it would have been convenient if the room included a microwave.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is a bit of a mess.

Liked: Location was great… close to target and Sephora, large food court in the city Center with plenty of options
Disliked: No microwave in room, refrigerator froze my food and I couldn’t heat it up. A microwave would be a great addition to all rooms

The facility is nice but...

Liked: Location was decent based on the events that we attended.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit wasn’t working up to par, there was hair on my towel, and the bathroom has hair on the floor. It wasn’t mine because I had braids. Housekeeping when cleaning the rooms next to us would constantly slam the door during the early morning hours.

Liked: I like that it is convenient. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I think the room could have been cleaner. There was quite a bit of hair left in the room and the blanket wasn't as clean as it should be. I also think the shower could be a little bigger, I don't like touching the shower walls when I bathe.
