Homeward bound.

Liked: Good location for the airport. Room was well appointed.
Disliked: Hairdryer was impossible to use for a left handed person. The cable is far too short.

Liked: Bed was super comfy - exactly what we had hoped for on the back of a transatlantic flight!Staff were very friendly and helpful - check in was super efficient and quick.Room was very clean - amenities sufficient (and conditioner provided which is always a bonus!)Breakfast buffet had a very good selection
Disliked: Difficult to walk to from the nearest tram stop (in the dark) - no signage and we ended up walking down the grassy hill with our luggage at the back of the hotel which was not a great start!

Liked: Only opened in Jan 2023… very smart modern rooms - push button for everything from lights to shower to do not disturb indicator , big king size bed, breakfast buffet very good, staff very helpful, sauna & steam room great to relax.
Disliked: Nothing at all within the Sheraton hotel. Perfect. You can walk from/to the airport terminal in 5-7mins (although call & they will collect you), but in the dark there’s no clear lit direct footpath .. you need to zigzag a bit through the airport car park so keep right (airport to hotel.).

Liked: Location was fantastic. Easy access to the airport and the car rental companies. There is a tram close by that goes directly to the city center. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.
