Lots of potential but needs...

Liked: Great location and the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning.
Disliked: The staff in the coffee shop was unhelpful and seemed like that they didn't want to be bothered. The woman specifically, was down right rude. I work from "home" and the construction noise throughout the day was really problematic. There was also someone over my room blasting music that was coming directly through my vent at 8am. I called front desk multiple times and they din't do anything.

Disliked: There was construction that they did not tell us about and was not on their website. It was on the floor right above us and started before 8am. When we called the front desk they said they wouldn’t switch our room because we would hear it no matter what and basically hung up.

Disliked: I went for an event, and my parking ticket was validated for the event organizer, but the hotel still charged me for the parking in the end I called, and they told me that they would validate the ticket and the charges would be removed, but they didn't.I think it is very disappointing that they don't keep what they told me over the phone call.No breakfast included , but it should include due to the high price.
