Very bad experience. Black mould...

Disliked: I developed an allergic reaction to black mould that I found in different places in the 4th floor. I am still swollen and with migraine. I took photos and also learnt that other people felt not well on that floor among the attendees the conference. The lady that shared the room with me also felt bad but I am worst. I spoke to the manager this morning and I hope the hotel or the insurence takes responsability. I expected more form a Sharston,definitely more higiene and not black mould that can be so toxic to your clients. The stay wasn't cheap. My eyes are itchy, I have migraine and bad swollen. And I need to fly home over the Atlantic like this, going back home sick because of poor higiene and responsabilité towards clients is shocking. À refund for the stay is the minimum the hotel should do. To start with.

Disliked: Very disappointed on how they placed me at first. I don’t want to question why but I was put on a floor that is older and not remodeled . I stayed here plenty of times and felt that front desk staff gave me an older room and I asked and was told this is all we have .. when there was newer remodeled rooms open ..

Lots of potential but needs...

Liked: Great location and the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning.
Disliked: The staff in the coffee shop was unhelpful and seemed like that they didn't want to be bothered. The woman specifically, was down right rude. I work from "home" and the construction noise throughout the day was really problematic. There was also someone over my room blasting music that was coming directly through my vent at 8am. I called front desk multiple times and they din't do anything.
