Disliked: For the prize of the room I do not feel they should charge for parking - the fire alarm went off in the morning so we were not able to sleep in - and from what another guest said it happened the Saturday before as well

Problems with restaurants twice with...

Liked: Large and windowed.
Disliked: Food problems and when I asked for an extra blanket, had to ask twice and they delivered basically what felt like a tarp.

Other than the fire drill...

Liked: I was pleased with the level of service and kindness of your staff.
Disliked: Fire alarm at 8ish in the morning. My travel partner is wheelchair bound and we could not take the stairs(3rd floor room )We waited for help from staff. We were never told if it was a drill or an actual emergency.
