Exceptional

Not my top choice to...

Liked: The staff was accommodating and friendly, but overall, the hotel wasn’t a comfortable stay due to cleanliness. I checked out early and probably would not choose to stay again.

Fantastic stay

Liked: The front desk attendant was very helpful, nice and provided instructions to everything we needed in the city
Disliked: The buffet breakfast selection

Liked: The beds were amazingly soft and the staff was awesome.
Disliked: I guess they are in the middle of updating the menu so the main items on the menu were not available.

Liked: I chose to pay at the property through my reservation but when I got to the property my reservation was canceled because they tried to charge me prior to arrival...but agent assured me she would get my reservation back and it was actually a cheaper rate which was great
Disliked: The fact that there is a deposit that you are not notified about until you're charged...which put a hold on my spending funds so my trip was kinda messed up because my money was.on hold for the deposit.
