Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: It was confusing/difficult to re enter the hotel from the north side.

We really enjoyed staying at the Sheraton in Ann Arbor. Our check in was quick and our room was lovely. We found the room clean and tidy and it was very quiet and peaceful on our floor. This may sound a bit silly, but we really liked the bathroom and especially the toilet. It had a powerful flush which was wonderful as compared to the usual "slow" flushers! We would especially like to thank Kim for driving us in the shuttle bus to the Ark Theatre. She was a pleasure to talk to. Two thumbs up for the Sheraton!

Liked: I like how clean the facility was and the workout room.
Disliked: I did not like that booking said complimentary breakfast and then was told because I wasn't a member I would have to pay $20 per person. The WiFi went in and out every couple of seconds and the pool was cold.With a child that goes to UofM coming to visit with family we will not be back and will go to a hotel that provides the breakfast and hopefully one that has a warm pool/hot tub.
