I expected a bit more from the Sheraton being that it's a higher end hotel. I will not stay in that hotel again and I will not recommend it to my colleagues, friends or family. Customer service makes the difference and Sheraton staff lack training, possibly motivation, to give good satisfying customer service.

Liked: Nice hotel; awesome climate control.
Disliked: Staff lack good customer service. Did not feel welcomed. Only one staff member greeted us good morning throughout our stay.

Liked: Convenience to airport is great. Restaurant had good variety. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I would have contacted the front desk about there being NO shampoo or conditioner in the bottles, but I was already in the shower at 4:00am for an early flight and didn't want to get out! I will check for these amenities before retiring in the future.

Disliked: The room smelled so bad from mustiness, and mildew I had to wear my Covid face mask while I slept. If I hadn’t been so tired just getting there from Munich, Germany on a 10 hour flight, I would have left and wanted a refund. The carpets throughout this hotel are filthy and I’m sure most of the musty smell of the room comes from the carpet. They are old and outdated and of course, not in the least clean. Everything is outdated including the bathrooms with shabby tile. You just cannot cover up age of carpets and dirt embedded deeply within the carpets.I slept in my clothes because the sheets were so dingy and wrinkled and there was a stain. I almost kept my shoes on. The outdated drapes were falling off the rod on the right end. The lobby and restaurant, if you can call it that, are so bare and dingy and the furniture was so outdated and drab and lifeless. This is why the price is so cheap here…never has been kept up in any way shape or form. The carpets in the elevators are also embarrassing. Marriott, you need to close this hotel and seriously update it from bottom to top and at least right now, get rid of the smells and that won’t be done until this entire place is clean…first thing, get rid op all carpeting everywhere. I would appreciate a response back to me. Anyone who stays here has to be blind as a bat and has lost their sense of smell. The staff I dealt with were all nice. Cannot believe they haven’t moved on to another hotel chain. Good luck Marriott, you have a big job to do here. If this is the kind of hotel you represent, it will be my last Marriott ever, and I just signed up. Cynthia Todd
