Comfortable room, good location, but...

Liked: Good facilities, comfortable bed
Disliked: Slow Internet, $15 per day to have decent connection, but problematic to configure id you already chose the free WiFi option. A hotel with this price should have a good internet connection included in the price.

Liked: Staff was very professional and nice. Bed was VERY comfortable. What I did not like and just being picky. They gave us a free bottle of water and then one that they charged. When we walked in our room the charged water was right there so we opened then noticed around the corner was the free one. Anyway it was only $4.95 but didn’t appreciate how it was not labled for a cost and the free one was kinda hidden. Felt like they tricked us. LOL but not a big deal other than that all was amazing. Great food in the Resturant. We would go back.

Disaapointing and overpriced for this...

Liked: I liked the the pillow top bed. This was the main reason for booking with sheraton. Otherwise I did not enjoy my stay.
Disliked: I did not receive housekeeping two different days. When asking for it to be corrected received a response that was tepid and inadequate. One of the elevators was not working and there was loud banging noises from 7am everyday from workers trying to fix the broken elevator. The staff was not friendly and gave mixed response to problems. In the end they did give a one day credit to make up for the missed cleanings and noise.

Disliked: Almost everything. Rude staff, broken elevator, no hot water one night (out of service boiler), failed to clean 2 out of 6 days. Overpriced breakfast brunch and nobody to assist customers with luggage.
