Catfish!

Disliked: I like didn’t that I was basically catfished into booking this accommodation with them showing only the most modern and updated cabins.I booked a studio cabin because it looked lovely and new and then when I got there I had an old, smelly cabin, that looked nothing like the cabin displayed in the photos when booking.Photos attached of what they displayed when booking the cabin and photos of the actual cabin!

Very dirty and the stuff...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Very dirty and there was a stuff that was telling us off at the pool. She was watching us the whole time told us to go out of the pool. I didn’t like the rules of the place and it was very dirty. The whole thing was unprofessional.

Not very welcoming.

Liked: Kids play ground and pool. Park itself was clean
Disliked: Staff are rude. One staff member told the kids off for making noise. It was a hot night and pool still closed at 8:30. We felt like we were being watched all the time by a staff member. Large bed very uncomfortable bunk beds where ok. Shower had hair in it. Plates we had to wash before we could use them also the glasses were put away all dirty. When we checked out it staff member was very blunt.

Poor week end away

Liked: I liked all the shops and restaurants where less then 5 mins down the road. Kids liked the pool.
Disliked: I didn't like how the cabin PowerPoints didn't work, about 3 out of 10 actually worked. The manager tells the kids off for being too loud and outside playing on the playground. The manager then constantly walks the park at night like he's watching people. At 9.30 am, the cleaner would drive past every unit to see if you're loading your vehicle, and if not, you receive a reminder message to check out before 10 am. Returning of the key at the office for check out the receptionist was really rude. I would not recommend this place for anyone with kids as you are unable to enjoy yourself.
