Liked: Room was neat and tidy.
Disliked: Stayed for a week and had no room service. Spa was out of order the whole time and so was the pool most of our stay. Power went out for a whole day. No one bothered to come and tell us or apologise for the inconvenience. I’m pregnant so I had to throw stuff out of my fridge as I can’t risk eating it. When asked for a little reimbursement I was told I should have had travel insurance to claim anything. Over charged for our room. Our friends stayed 3 nights and paid $30 a night cheaper. Refused to refund me the difference for our 7 night stay after reception said they would when we left as we booked through booking.com.

A lovely winter stay at...

Liked: Staff were friendly & very helpful, location ideal and very central in the region. Our room was comfortable as were the beds. The guest laundry was a great addition.
