Liked: The breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch. Rooms were very clean and cozy. Ezzy access to the beach and a great place to eat just very few steps away. The fireplace was great.

Beautiful but not for us

Liked: Room was beautiful, staff was super friendly
Disliked: The room was very warm even with the heat off and balcony door open. We were over the back lot and people were screaming at 4 am. The WiFi wouldn’t stay on so the TV kept cutting out and stopping

Liked: My request to be roomed close to an elevator (because of mobility problems) was met agreeably. Loved the spa.
Disliked: It was difficult to get the bathroom warmed up. Overall, the room was a little small. I believe this was an ADA accommodation, but the bed was very high and if I had been an amputee, or had some similar physical limitation, it would have been impossible to get into. I am 5' tall (or short) and my husband had to help me get up into the bed. I tell you this not to be critical, but to be helpful in your goal of making the best of visits for your guests, because overall, our stay was quite pleasant.

Liked: Mike at the front desk was very attentive.
Disliked: I wasn't aware that they would close down at night. I came down stairs to explain that the pilot light on the fireplace wasn't working. There was no one, all was locked. I couldn't even sit to read. I didn't sleep well, due to the heat from the pilot light, the fan was loud, and when I opened the window, the lights from the other hotel made it hard to sleep.

Liked: Mike at the front desk was very accommodating and professional. Our fireplace was not working upon check in and he upgraded our room due to the inconvenience. It was our 12 year anniversary so it was so great that he took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied.
