Liked: Quiche for breakfast was out of this world! Delicious!The place and the town of Ferndale are full of masonic history that is worth exploring. It is not a mainstream hotel. The place is unique and full of charm. We were happy with our stay there.

Liked: A beautiful historical house in a perfect walkable location. This is one of my favorite bnb’s. It comes with a lovely delicious breakfast and a beautiful library with lots of interesting books. A lovely place to spend a few nights.

Beautiful charming property with lots...

Liked: What a beautiful quirky property with lots of history . The inn was in the ideal location with a short walk to the main shops , restaurants etc. The decor was amazing and was like stepping back in time with antiques all over the house . The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. The grounds of the property also were outstanding . The staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Not a single complaint about anything there it was beautiful

Good location and characterful, but...

Liked: Great location and interesting building in quirky historic town! The room was characterful. Nice quiet room off the courtyard.
Disliked: The heating was not working in the bedroom or bathroom but there was a plug-in heater which worked well. The extremely loud lady doing breakfast was more preoccupied with chatting to any guests than providing breakfast, the offering of which was disappointing.
