Liked: We went to the Shoreline amphitheater for a concert. Walkable distance. Restaurants were in Mountain View and Palo Alto so we had to us rides hare but wonderful hotel.

Liked: Very clean comfortable modern hotel. Comfortable beds and nice rain showerEnjoyed the pool and hot tubStaff were all very nice
Disliked: It’s needs some more affordable food options for breakfast and lunch…….not much variety.Didn’t try the dinner restaurant as we had a toddler along but luckily cheaper dinner options available within walking distance

A very modern hotel in...

Liked: The hotel was very modern and sleek, the employees were very polite. The location was fantastic, boasting a very quick walk to nearby Shoreline Amphitheatre. The pool and spa looked very nice, although we didn't partake, but the facilities looked very clean and accommodating. Parking was convenient, easy and free.
Disliked: The food was... odd. I was disappointed that there weren't more simple offerings, everything was very imaginative. As we were traveling with children, this necessitated Uber Eats orders over in-house dining. The perfume smell in the hallways wasn't offensive, but it was quite strong. The employees were extremely polite, but there were too few of them -- we waited 10+ minutes to purchase something from the "market" area as there was just one employee doing all of the check-ins, phones, coordinating with housekeeping, etc.
