Disliked: Towels not replaced even after leaving them on the floor, no new toilet rolls put into the bathroom, bins not emptied in the room

Liked: Great staff Lovely hotel, clean spacious rooms.5 stars.
Disliked: The only issue I had was with the pillows, they were rock hard. I suffer with my neck and found it very difficult to get comfortable with them.
