Disliked: Our bed cover was soaking wet, they say it's from the febreze that they spray on it, they would have had to dump the febreze on it to get it that wet.Our TV wasn't working right and we let them know they said they would tell maintenance but nobody ever came to fix it. Upon check out the lady at the desk let us know that in that room the remote only works if you're standing at the door.One of the bedside lamps wasn't working and they didn't come and check on that either.Check in time was 3:00 we ig got our key and parked in front of our door but couldn't go in because it took them an extra 40 minutes with more than one person cleaning the room to get done. Who knows how long they've been working on it before we pulled up in front of the door.Before this last one night stay, we had stayed there for a month while looking for a rental. We had our two service cats with us, who are very good cats and don't scratch on things or tear up the blinds or anything else. When we came back this last time they let us know that we left the room in what she called a disastrous state and said that they had to clear that whole side of the building because our room stank from our cats and me bringing in cigarette smoke from smoking in the parking lot and then walking into my room. However she wouldn't listen to me that there was a man smoking not 20 ft away from our door. She was very rude, and almost threatening when she told me all of this in front of at least three of her employees. The maids had cleaned the room two days prior and we cleaned the room and swept and wiped down the table tops before we left and we had two air fresheners and a spray freshener that we used on a regular basis in there. The towel rack fell off the wall in the middle of the night without anybody touching it because they had put fresh towels on it earlier that day.
