Liked: Hotel is beautiful, and very central for a visit to Vancouver. I would definitely recommend the Shangri-la Hotel.

Very good

Disliked: We paid through booking.com up front and then after we checked out the hotel charged us their own rate for the room which was $60 more per night. They eventually refunded us but it took a couple weeks for them to figure out we paid before we arrived.Everything else was good
