Occupying levels 34-52 the Shangri-La Hotel The Shard London offers 5-star luxury and breathtaking views of the capital and beyond. Spectacular

Liked: The view, staff and room. Everything was immaculate.
Disliked: The blinds were having some technical difficulties shutting fully but the staff are so attentive and any problem they will sort fast

Very disappointed

Liked: The staff did their best but senior staff should of been more concerned about the situation.
Disliked: Room was cold. They supplied us with potable heater. Which was not good for the shard. We had three nights there in a cold room. They offered us another room on second night but it was a tiny room. Not suitable. The breakfast wasn’t good either we found a piece of plastic strip. In my partner’s food. All they offered us was a late check out. You don’t expect that for a £675 a night hotel.
