Made my Fiancés 30th Birthday...

Liked: My stay with my Fiance for her special 30th Birthday was amazing, the staff really went the extra mile to make our stay extra special. Massive thank you to the Shangri-La team for looking after us and making our stay unforgettable! I will definitely come again, and I recommend it to anyone, differently worth every penny. You truly receive the service and beyond for what you pay for.

Amazing views and rooms /...

Liked: The hotel is stunning - well clean and new rooms BUT mostly is the VIEW! I would not leave my room if I could! The pool was okay - looks bigger in pictures. Also the water was pretty cold, they could put it warmer. The sauna with the view of London 10/10.Unfortunately the staff was not great, not a staff of 5 stars hotel! Very unprepared, mostly VERY SLOW. Slow in finding a solution, slow in be efficient. I got the wrong room 3 times, I had to wait over 2h to get the right room. At breakfast they staff was super slow in coming around to take the order and bring the coffee. 1/10 is the TING restaurant - awful service, very inexperienced staff, very rude - taking the wrong orders, bringing to the table and mistaking what dish or drink it was. Forced to leave a plate of the table that we didn’t order. AWFUL. The guy was expressly rude and unprofessional!! Very very unhappy about that considering was the dinner of my birthday. Good thing? The view of the restaurant obviously. The food average too. Disappointing the service and the staff
