Occupying levels 34-52 the Shangri-La Hotel The Shard London offers 5-star luxury and breathtaking views of the capital and beyond. It features an exquisite restaurant and serves cocktails until late at the highest bar in London. Each uniquely designed guest room has floor-to-ceiling windows providing spectacular views of the city and maintains the theme of Oriental elegance found throughout the hotel. Not as expected, not sure...

Liked: Hotel staff doorman and hotel staff were very polite, friendly and helpful
Disliked: I prebooked the spa and pool. I wasn’t toldthe booking time was during the hours children could use the pool. Also I wasn’t impressed with the pool and spa facilities. I then booked the Gong bar. The bar facilities weren’t as expected. Service was slow and rude. Drinks were not tasty and expensive. We had staff pestering us to leave 30 mins before our table allocation time was up. After paying a 100 pound bill and walking out of the bar. The staff were just talking and never said thank you. I wasn’t Impressed for the price I paid for the room.
