Disliked: There was a missing drawer in the dresser, the table had scratches and missing stain on the top, there was rust on the toilet paper holder, stains and tears on the office chair, burn holes in the curtains, stains on the bedsheets, and the tank on the toilet looked like it was about to fall off

Liked: Location was good and good value for the rate.
Disliked: Older property needs an update, but we had the basics we needed.
