Very nice place to stay...

Liked: The check-in was so quick and smooth. Very nice people. Also the location is great.
Disliked: I guess it’s kinda difficult to get to the room if the guest has a lot of baggage.

Not my best stay in...

Liked: Not pricey. 24hr access and flexible booking in. Looked after bag until I returned later to book in.
Disliked: I was on 4th floor with no lift. Only made it with frequent pauses. But I did know previously no lifts but didn't expect top floor. Bed a bit hard, but that is subjective. Noisy neighbour guests leaving at 3am with kids shrieking with excitement.AND I wasn't even in Shakespeare Hotel but 2 doors down in Dolphin Hotel, told it was sister hotel.

Ok if on a budget...

Liked: It was very near Paddington. They let us leave our bags there for the day. The breakfast was ok / least there was brown bread.
Disliked: The bathroom was tiny and quite smelly! The cleaners were up hoovering at 7 am right outside the door. The room was pretty small too with no real room to move about. But it was ok.

Classic European room in a...

Liked: Comfy rooms and excellent location next to Paddington Station
Disliked: Had to determine that TV not plugged in; also 4th floor with very narrow streps
