Liked: The Sauna and gym facilities, Room was very clean and Hotel interior design was nice and warm.Location was great, Macca's, Burger place and a wooloworths, bottle o were all a short walk from our stay.Crown and the exhibition centre and flinders were also very close proximity which was great
Disliked: The pool was advertised as heated but was cold on our stay.

Not what I expected from...

Liked: The staff were lovely. Very helpful and informative. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was quite well appointed with crockery, cutlery & pod machine provided. The washing machine and dryer was very useful for a longer stay.
Disliked: The apartment was small. The bathroom was tiny with very little space to store toiletries. The bedroom wear very small with nowhere to store suitcases for a couple. The hotel is only the first 8 floors of a 46 floor complex, so the view was not what we expected as, although we could see some lovely city lights, we overlooked car parks and construction sites, which were brightly lit all night and noisy throughout the day. We were disappointed that restaurant was on the ground floor without any views of the city around it.The breakfast was also very disapointing. There is a stunning space in the 46 th floor which was once a cocktail bar and restaurant with incredible views over the city and beyond- both were closed and have been for some time. In this space, there is a beautifully appointed sitting room with incredible views and a stunning fireplace. This was unstaffed and unused. A staff member allowed us to use the room to look at the views, and it was the highlight of our stay. Such missed opportunity to elevate the hotel and provide top quality ammenities for interstate guests who want the full hotel experience.
