Liked: Location was amazing but first night no hot water whatsoever 2nd day 1/2 day no hot water also radiators only Luke warm at best and no evening meals served also oddjob man left work materials and tools all over which would be hazardous to old people and children

Liked: This is difficult as I've stayed here a lot of times and didn't hesitate to rebook for a visiting family member and myself. ..there was so much dust all over the room, it's been completely neglected. I mean, nearly every surface was thick with dust. I mentioned to the young lad manning reception that the radiator needed bled as it wasn't kicking out any heat past the very bottom, but he wasn't able to source a key for me to bleed it myself. He did however give me an electric radiator on my return from dinner. That asides, everything was great and I wouldn't hesitate to rebook but just sending the cleaner in to do a once over the room would have enabled me to give each of the ratings a very happy face.
