Liked: Iam not stayed at this hotel because I booked for 1 adult and 2 kids in ages 7 and 13, and I have received as I booked for 2 adult and one child but they said this room is for one person, so why they charged me if I selected my right choice? I wand my money back as soon as possible

Disliked: Just some smell of dumpness in the bathroom.

Disliked: PLACE IS DISGUSTING. THE BED HAS BUGS. THE STAFF WERE AWARE OF IT!!!! MY FAMILY HAD RASHES AFTER STAYING THERE!!!!

Disliked: WOKE UP WITH BITES ALL OVER MY BODY! I understand is budget room but still can be cleaned and maintained to human standards ! bathroom very small and dirty,mould on shower curtain,no bath mat ,stained -(no problem )but dirty carpet and walls,very dated room, mini size tv,we need to use bedsprad as no duvet provided ,additional 15£ for parking space

Liked: The staffs during the breakfast were not welcoming.Very rude with my 4 year old and myself.They were talking between themselves and tidy up my table without asking me whilst we were still at the table.Instead of trying to help they came complaining to me about my daughter
Disliked: No lift..I had to climb stairs upto 4 floor with my 4 year old and I had to go to a different building to access my room
