Beautiful and cosy stay!

Beautiful accommodation for the perfect...

Liked: The accommodation was light and spacious with absolutely stunning views across the pond and over the vineyards. We saw kangaroos hopping through at dusk and during the morning, and lots of birdlife. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. They have screen doors to keep out any mozzies. Very well equipped kitchen, including coffee machine, plus an iron with ironing board, and a hairdryer. The finer details, such as the fully stocked wine fridge, the freshly cut roses from the garden, and the gorgeous botanical haircare and soap products, made the experience extra luxurious.The service at the cellar door was also excellent- thank you Faith! And the native gardens on the estate are definitely worth a wander around.We had a peaceful and relaxing stay (with great wine!)

Liked: Wine was good
Disliked: Dirty wine glasses at a winery stay pretty much sums it up. We arrived after lunch and couldn’t order so much as a cheese board to go with our complimentary wine tasting. kitchen doesn’t do dinner so you must drive offsite to eat and you must drive back on the road to check luggage into the room.

Beware!

Liked: Falsely advertised with a bathtub.
Disliked: I booked especially because of the bath only to find out that’s only in 1 of the accommodations. Not the one I was allocated. Wry disappointing. No refund offered.

Very good

Liked: The complimentary wine tasting.
Disliked: Dishes, cutlery and glasses where quite dirty, so we had to wash them before using. Also it was not heated when we arrived. As the ceiling is very high, it took a couple of hours before the Appartment got warm.

Disliked: We came in an off season and the scenery wasn't as wonderful as the images.
